I work with people who want to better understand their relationship with substances and explore what a healthier, more sustainable relationship to them might look like. Together, we work to better understand the role substances may be playing in your life and clarify what a healthier, more sustainable relationship with them might look like.

Relevant treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Substance Use Disorder (CBT-SUD), motivational work, relapse prevention.
